Does your brand or organization care about impacting societal change by addressing systemic barriers compromising the quality of life in distressed communities where we live, work, serve, and worship—in the greater Philadelphia region?
Let’s work together.

Through civic engagement, community programming, education, and workforce development. We believe we can be critical to the efforts in advocacy, dismantling institutional and systemic impediments such as racial, ethnic and income disparities that compromise the quality of life of historically marginalized communities struggling to equitably access nutrient-rich food, healthcare, housing, education, employment, and economic opportunities.

We’re uniquely positioned to bring your work and commitment to life—through high-impact content driving outlets, video, and live and virtual events.

Millennial Labs

U.S. Census Bureau data shows that 47 percent of New Jerseyans aged 18 to 34 years live with mom and dad (or one of the two)which is the highest percentage among the 50 states. In a time of rising student debt, housing costs and other expenses, an estimated 884,000 of the state’s 1.87 million residents in that age group share living space with parents due to the inability to absorb high housing costs, rising costs in many other areas, and a very challenging job market. To address this issue, Loving Our Cities piloted Millennial Labs in 2020, a workforce development initiative designed as a pathway for young adults to obtain paid, practical experience to aid in their personal and professional development
